• 2 x 50ml Baileys Irish Cream Liqueurs
• 2 x Shot Glasses

Cocktail Recipe

To make a Baby Guinness pour some of our Hogg Norton Coffee Liqueur into one of the shot glasses provided and then top up with a layer of the Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur. The Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur is poured over the back of a spoon so that it sits on top of the Coffee Liqueur, making it look like the thick creamy head of a Guinness. Gently lower the spoon into the coffee liqueur as you pour is our top tip. 

The ratio for our Hogg Norton Baby Guinness is generally three parts Coffee Liqueur to one part Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur. 

This is certainly a cocktail that you can wow your friends with and it tastes amazing, give it a try!!
