Put it simply, Mike and Adrian started to produce homemade Liqueurs and got a little bit creative with the products. At first at BBQ’s and Parties we would ask people “would you like to try” and then it eventually ended up with people saying "do you have any of the fruit liqueurs you make”. On one particular occasion after we had tasted, debated and tasted a few more samples we came to the conclusion that we could do this commercially
That’s where the journey began, production moved from the storeroom to the garage and then we converted a barn at the farm to the state of the art production environment we have today. Production went from demijohns, to 25 litre tubs to 200 litre plus stainless steel vats.
We believe in producing a natural product without any use of additives or preservatives. Only pure fruit, a little sugar and some Hoggnorton magic goes into every one of our bottles. We only use high grade organic distilled alcohol so the full flavour of the fruit comes through.
All of our products are vegetarian and vegan friendly, dairy and gluten free.
All our Liqueurs are 30% ABV and they are available in Strawberry, Raspberry, Blackberry, Mixed Berries, Gooseberry, Spiced Plum, Rhubarb, Seville Orange, Sour Cherry and Sloe and in 50ml and 250ml bottles. Our liqueurs are great on their own, over ice, with lemonade, tonic or soda as a long drink. Can be used to flavour gins and vodkas or added to champagne and prosecco. They are also great poured over desserts and also are easy to use in cocktails. All our products are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and are also dairy and gluten free and we do not use any additives or preservatives and only British fruit is used We have also been awarded the Great Taste awards for 2019 and 2020
We are continuing to develop more different liqueurs with different spices which complement each fruit which means our story is never ending.
